ZIMS 2012 training
Web-based training
We are now in the process of updating our ZIMS training programs to provide our members with training opportunities on the ZIMS 2012 interface. Our web-based training opportunities will be available by June 2012.
Premium training opportunities
1) PREMIUM ONLINE TRAINING
ISIS provide online trainings lead by an professional instructor on advanced topics. Each session will last approximately two (2) hours and will provide specific instruction on the more detailed aspects of the ZIMS application.
Instruction is conducted in English.
These trainings will be made available in the coming months and will cost US$ 99 per course per attendee.
2) PREMIUM IN-PERSON TRAINING (requires 1-2 months of preparation time)
If an in-person training event is preferred, ISIS can arrange for a two-day training onsite at your institution.
Onsite Training Events are provided for US$ 6000 for up to 20 participants.
Included in this price, ISIS provides:
Professional staffing supporting the number of expected attendees
Travel and accommodations for ISIS staff -- two (2) days of travel and two (2) event days
(if additional days are required, host may be asked to help offset the cost)
Access to the ZIMS training database for your institution for one (1) month after event
Access to ISIS’ Training Curriculum and Training Scenarios
Excluded in price above, host institution must arrange:
All on-site logistics
Access to highspeed Internet (equal to or greater than 2Mbps) for all participants (required)
PC access for all participants (laptop or desktop capable of Internet access with a current web browser)
Event space rental and refreshments for all participants (if required)
If translation is required, these services should be provided by the institution hosting the event for the duration of the two days of training

ZIMS 2012 preview sessions
In the meantime, we would like to offer members the opportunity to attend 'preview' sessions, during which we will walk through some of the highlights and changes that will be coming in ZIMS 2012 as the product is developed.

This site gives you the opportunity to review ZIMS 2012 while it's under construction. We will continue to update this build with changes to ZIMS 2012 until the product is released.
