"It’s going to take some getting used to because I’ve been using ARKS and am really fast with ARKS. As you might know, the most important thing to me in our records-keeping has been the reporting, and that was the reason we did not go live with ZIMS a year ago. I have run nearly every type of report so far, and all my animals are present and accounted for (although some of their taxonomic names are incorrect but I’m sure that can be fixed) and all reports can be printed.

"I just wanted to let you know I LOVE ZIMS. I am still learning all the ins and outs, but it’s great.
"The migration process was much less painful than I thought it would be. Getting staff registered for the on-line training was the hardest part and that was due to internal scheduling issues, not ISIS issues.
"ISIS staff was available and prompt with 'stupid, new user' questions. I’m still adjusting to the look of the new reports, but I’ve never looked back to ARKS.
