ARKS4 26 February 2010 Help Menu

The Animal Records Keeping System (ARKS) is one of the pieces of collection management software offered to ISIS members.  These pages are for the ARKS4 version dated February 2010, and ISIS Support strongly recommends all users upgrade to this version.

The 2010 version adds functionality for the ZIMS database including a modified Internet connection system to allow for communication between ARKS4 and ZIMS for users who have not switched over to ZIMS yet.  Beginning April 2010, older versions of ARKS will be unable to retrieve data from the Global Database due to the migration of the entire ISIS4 system to ZIMS unless this upgrade is performed.
