ZIMS (the Zoological Information Management System)- the next generation of ISIS Software 
 
Built on the core ISIS Global Database, the ZIMS platform changes the way
users interact their zoological and aquarium records.  ZIMS provides you:
  • The ability to open multiple tabs and navigate between them, giving users the
    ability to perform multiple operations (e.g. information search and taxonomy)
  • Less screens to perform basic tasks (e.g. accessions in one screen!)
  • Increased speed over version 1.0 of ZIMS (2009)
  • The ability to "undo" mistakes and to edit historical records
  • Multiple browser compatibility, including Firefox, Chrome and more
